We expect all patrons to use the equipment responsibly and with care. Instructions for the proper use of all equipment are displayed and should be followed at all times. Misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety guidelines will not be tolerated.

Liability for Damages

Patrons are responsible for any damage they cause to the equipment due to negligence or failure to follow usage instructions. If equipment is damaged while under your use, you may be held liable for repair or replacement costs. Our staff will assess the damage and determine the necessary charges based on the extent of the damage and the cost of repair or replacement.

Reporting Issues

If you notice any equipment malfunctioning or appearing to be in disrepair, please refrain from using it and report the issue to our staff immediately. This helps ensure the safety and enjoyment of all patrons.

Payment for Damages

In the event that you are responsible for damages, a fee will be assessed and must be paid prior to leaving the premises. Non-payment may result in further action, including but not limited to barring from future entry into the facility.

Booking Policy and Sales Finality
At Golf Almighty, all sales are final. This includes bookings, memberships, and event reservations. We do not offer refunds once a purchase or booking has been completed.

Booking Changes:
Customers may request changes to their booking up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time. Any requests made within 24 hours of the booking cannot be modified, rescheduled, or refunded.

Exceptional Circumstances:
In certain exceptional cases, at our sole discretion, we may offer credit for future bookings. This credit can be applied towards rescheduling or a future purchase at Golf Almighty but is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Mobile Phone Number: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties
